TWS has not been authorized to use proprietary, trademarked or copyrighted KELK materials - logos, product names, photographs, illustrations, drawings or any other KELK materials - for their own promotional purposes.
TWS has not been licensed by KELK to use proprietary KELK designs, methods, materials, or equipment in the repair of KELK load cells.
George Kelk Corporation does not accept any responsibility or liability for the performance of KELK load cells repaired or rebuilt by TWS.
Buyer beware: It is not possible to rebuild KELK load cells to KELK standards at less cost or in less time than required by the KELK factory.
